این سایت مطب است. اینجا به زبان ساده نوشته‌ایم چه اطلاعاتی از شما نگه می‌داریم، کجا و چه کسی به آن دسترسی دارد.

چه چیزهایی نگه می‌داریم

• شمارهٔ موبایل شما و نامی که خودتان وارد می‌کنید.
• نوبت‌های شما: زمان، نوع جلسه (فردی، زوج، نوجوان) و حضوری یا آنلاین بودن.
• وضعیت پرداخت و شمارهٔ پیگیری آن. برای کارت‌به‌کارت، عکس رسید؛ این عکس ۳۰ روز بعد از جلسه خودکار پاک می‌شود.
• پیامک‌هایی که سایت برای شما فرستاده است (مثل کد ورود و یادآوری).

چیزهایی که نمی‌پرسیم و نگه نمی‌داریم: دلیل مراجعه، اطلاعات سلامت، و یادداشت‌های جلسه. آنچه در جلسه گفته می‌شود هیچ‌وقت وارد این سایت نمی‌شود.

دستیار هوش مصنوعی

دستیار سایت اختیاری است و فقط اگر خودتان روشنش کنید کار می‌کند. هر زمان می‌توانید خاموشش کنید و فقط برای افراد ۱۸ سال به بالاست. روی سرور خود سایت اجرا می‌شود و پیام‌های شما به هیچ شرکت هوش مصنوعی فرستاده نمی‌شود. این سایت گفت‌وگوها را ذخیره نمی‌کند.

حساب گوگل درمانگر

جلسه‌های قطعی در تقویم شخصی گوگل خانم ابراهیمی ثبت می‌شوند؛ فقط با نام کوچک شما، بدون شماره یا دلیل مراجعه. برای جلسه‌های آنلاین لینک Google Meet ساخته می‌شود. هر شب یک نسخهٔ پشتیبان از اطلاعات نوبت‌ها در گوگل‌درایو خود ایشان ذخیره می‌شود.

کجا نگه داشته می‌شود

روی یک سرور در ، خارج از ایران، و نسخهٔ پشتیبان در گوگل‌درایو درمانگر. ارتباط شما با سایت رمزگذاری‌شده (HTTPS) است.

چه کسی می‌تواند ببیند

• خانم ابراهیمی، برای مدیریت نوبت‌ها.
• مدیر فنی سایت، فقط برای نگهداری و رفع اشکال.
• شرکت میزبان سرور و گوگل، فقط به‌عنوان ارائه‌دهندهٔ خدمات فنی.

اطلاعات شما فروخته نمی‌شود و برای تبلیغات به کسی داده نمی‌شود.

پرداخت

پرداخت آنلاین در صفحهٔ درگاه بانکی انجام می‌شود و شمارهٔ کارت شما به این سایت نمی‌رسد.

کوکی‌ها

فقط یک کوکی برای اینکه وارد حسابتان بمانید. زبان انتخابی شما هم در مرورگر خودتان ذخیره می‌شود. هیچ کوکی تبلیغاتی یا ردیابی نداریم.

This is the website of 's practice. This page explains in plain words what we keep about you, where it is kept, and who can see it.

What we keep

• Your mobile number and the name you enter.
• Your appointments: the time, the type of session (individual, couples, adolescent) and whether it is in person or online.
• Payment status and its reference number. For card-to-card payments, the photo of your receipt, which is deleted automatically 30 days after the session.
• The text messages the site sent you (such as login codes and reminders).

What we don't ask for or keep: your reason for coming, health information, or session notes. Nothing said in a session ever goes into this website.

The AI assistant

The site assistant is optional and only works if you turn it on. You can turn it off at any time, and it is for adults (18 and over) only. It runs on the website's own server, and your messages are not sent to any AI company. This site does not save conversations.

The therapist's Google account

Confirmed sessions are added to Ms. Ebrahimi's own Google Calendar, with your first name only: no phone number or reason for the visit. Online sessions get a Google Meet link. Every night, a backup of the booking data is saved to her own Google Drive.

Where it is kept

On a server in , outside Iran, with backups in the therapist's Google Drive. Your connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

Who can see it

• Ms. Ebrahimi, to manage appointments.
• The site's technical administrator, only to keep the site running and fix problems.
• The hosting company and Google, only as technical service providers.

Your information is never sold or given to anyone for advertising.

Payments

Online payments happen on the bank's payment page, and your card number never reaches this site.

Cookies

Only one cookie, to keep you logged in. Your language choice is also saved in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
